At Broke Reefers, we want you to be stoked about your gear. Because each item is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as a change of heart regarding the color, selecting the wrong size, no longer liking the design, or if a gift was not well received.

Please check our sizing charts carefully before placing your order to ensure you get the perfect fit.

Damages and Issues

We take great care in the production of your tees, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@brokereefers.com right away. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.

Returns and Refunds

We only offer refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. All refund requests based on these issues must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a resolution, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we have received and inspected your claim, we will let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges

Because every item at Broke Reefers is made to order, we are unable to facilitate exchanges. Please take a moment to review our sizing charts and product details carefully before completing your purchase to ensure you select the right fit and style.
